My General Dietary Approach with Myself and to ALL:

I believe in a dietary approach that is based around whole foods with plenty of vegetables, high quality proteins and healthy fats. My approach to each and every person emphasises variety and taste and promotes satisfaction.

It’s also a lifestyle that is:

  • Gluten free

  • Mostly dairy free

  • Sugar free

  • Very nutrient dense

  • Flexible and allows for 1-3 meals out per week as well as small amounts of alcohol

For weight loss, I also strongly believe in a low carb approach for most women. This takes into account the points above aswell as being low carb. Please see my LOW CARB 101 page to learn alot more about the WHY here. I also follow a low carb lifestyle for weight maintenance and have for 7 years now!
