Feeling low, tired and insecure?

Do you KNOW that you need to make change, but are fearful that going on ANOTHER diet will mean that you have to restrict yourself or eat boring food?

Perhaps you’re already doing allll the things:

  • Fasting

  • Cutting calories

  • Exercising

… But you can’t seem to keep this up, as you continue to binge after period of being “good” and never seem to see long term change.

Well, Heenah was there too… Until she did a plan with me and then joined the Health with Bec Tribe.

I am blown away with her story and how well this lower carb diet has worked (and continues to work) for her.

Here is the interview, it should be sure to inspire you!

Before you joined the Health with Bec Tribe:

What were your physical and emotional symptoms you were unhappy with?

I felt insecure, fat and ugly. At some points, I thought people didn’t like me because I was fat. I was always feeling tired and low. I was frustrated with myself and slightly abashed.

What do you think was holding you back?

I would say eating habits because I use to have 1 meal a day and that to a lot I mean a lot of food at once which is not healthy at all.

Had you tried other diet plans in the past? If so, what were they and why do you think that they didn't work?

I didn’t try specific diet plans but I was fasting for the whole day and working out as well. I was eating 1 meal a day which my body was consuming and because of that I was gaining weight instead.

Whilst you have been in the Health with Bec Tribe:

 What have you learnt?

The meal plans are not hard at all plus they are delicious and make you feel full, satisfied and happy.

What has surprised you?

I have learnt that eating more regular meals (in comparison to my 1 per day, huge meal) over a certain period of time can fill you up and even help you lose weight too, even though it seems like you’re eating more. All the meal plans are easy to make and I am always excited to make new meals. I don’t think that I have ever tried any meal of yours which is not delicious! Weight loss food truly CAN be tasty!

Have you needed to work it in with your work or social life?  What are some tips you can provide here for other women?

Not at all. All the meal plans are so easy to make that I haven’t changed anything. I plan a night out or dinner with my friends when it's my takeout day (that you allow for us to do) so I can eat anything and go back to normal the next day.

One thing I have learnt and can now see is really important, is when you work out or do any weight exercise, you need to consume enough calories and protein so that you can preserve your muscle mass which, in turn, helps with weight loss in the long term too. I didn’t know that before!

At this current moment (9 months into the Tribe):

How do you feel physically?

I am so energetic now that I am handling a huge workload and I am always happy and smiling. Also, I am a psoriasis patient but eating so many vegetables has made my skin so bright and healthy that I can’t see any scars since I have joined the Health with Bec Tribe.

How does this make you feel emotionally?

I feel happy and confident. And, thanks to you, I have started loving myself again.

Can you see yourself moving forward with this way of eating for life?

Yes! I don’t think so I can ever change my way of eating now. I am so addicted to these eating habits which is good, but I do love my cheat days as well (which you let us have!) 1 or 2 days a week for this is very important!

Just woah huh?

Do you feel inspired?

I really hope you can see that it truly IS possible to completely change your eating habits in the long term, and never have to live a life of restrict/binge/restrict/binge again.

It IS possible to be consistent and you truly deserve to feel confident and happy like Hannah too.

Want to start your journey now too? I would love to help you.

Start here!
