I believe in a dietary approach that is based around whole foods, with plenty of vegetables, high quality proteins and healthy fats. My approach to each and every client emphasises variety and taste and promotes satisfaction. I am also a very firm believer that what works for one person may not work for the next. We are all unique and I never forget this.
