After the overwhelming response of my 21 Day Spring Slim Down Plan ebook, I have now created this 3 Week Body Reset Plan that has been further adapted from the 21 Spring Slim Down Plan and includes much more information, recipes and new content.

Many weight loss plans focus on calorie restriction alone. Whilst this is necessary to budge weight, it is extremely important to also consider where these calories are coming from (ie consider the balance of the 3 macronutrients; fat, protein and carbohydrates). With the knowledge from my extensively science-based degree, ongoing research and 3 years of experience working closely with women, I have constructed this plan keeping this in mind. It is moderately low in carbohydrates, moderate in protein and higher in fat than many common low fat, calorie restricted plans.

This is a winning combination to diminish sugar cravings, keep us feeling full after our meals and our cravings at bay throughout the day, which subsequently reduces overall calorie consumption, causing weight loss.

This definitely doesn’t happen in many other weight loss plans!

Our bodies have the ability to naturally detoxify themselves every single day.  Our liver is responsible for this. The best way to “detox” your liver is to simply optimise your liver function through healthy lifestyle factors. This is exactly what I’m going to help you achieve throughout this plan.

A well-functioning liver helps to prevent hormone imbalances, decrease your risk for disease, optimise your energy levels, improve your nutrient absorption, reduce digestive disorders and alleviate inflammation such as joint pain and headaches. Simply put, our bodies don’t function very well when they’re loaded with toxins.

Gut health concerns (ie IBS, bloating, pain, wind, diarrhoea or constipation) are the most common concerns amongst nearly all of the women I work with experience, second to weight loss. This has never surprised me, as they both go hand in hand. This plan carefully keeps this in mind to optimise gut health and reduce all or some these symptoms as well as addressing weight loss.

Who does this plan suit?

  • Those who have tried calorie restriction diets before with no success

  • Those who have dieted before with success, only to gain weight again due to feeling too restricted  

  • Those who seem to gain weight very easily and a simple "healthy eating plan" just isn't enough

  • Those who have bloating or IBS-type concerns

  • Those who have insulin resistance or type 2 diabetes* 

  • Those who have PCOS, hypothyroidism or hormonal imbalances

  • Those who have poor energy, brain fog, difficulty concentrating and fatigue

  • Those who have inflammatory complaints such as fluid retention, acne, eczema, migraines, a foggy brain or fatigue 

  • Those who have extreme sugar cravings or a large appetite

  • Those who have gluten sensitivities or coeliac

  • Suitable for people who avoid FODMAP foods

    * Please consult with your doctor and let them know that you are going to be following a carbohydrate-restricted diet
